Front, view straight down and it seems the wheel is just inside the outer edge of the fender. With 245s on here the tire might be just flush or 1-2mm outside the fender. And note, the fender lip was 10mm in itself. The 18" are actually 240mm wide from edge to edge. So the tire will not be that much wider than the wheel.
